Aluminum Nitride (AlN)
Aluminum Nitride (AlN) is a high-performance ceramic with a hexagonal wurtzite structure, featuring key parameters: high thermal conductivity (170–280 W/m·K), low thermal expansion coefficient (4.5×10⁻⁶/°C) matching silicon, excellent electrical insulation (>10¹⁴ Ω·cm) and dielectric constant (~8.5), high mechanical strength, and chemical stability. It is widely used in electronic substrates, semiconductor packaging, high-power device heat sinks, UV optoelectronics, and thermal management components.
